Anna’s story began at GreenTomato (GT) after her university graduation when she joined the Special Duties Unit (The SDU Team). Six years ago, she started as a UI/UX Designer and was one of the core members of the SDU Team—a group responsible for R&amp;D, special missions, events, and projects. Today, Anna has advanced to the role of Assistant UI/UX Manager, overseeing client projects in banking and finance.Anna shared that when she was job hunting, GT wasn’t actively hiring. However, on a recommendation from a university friend, she decided to take a chance. She sent an email to HR introducing herself and soon landed an interview. With a strong foundation in graphic design from university, Anna initially focused on visuals. Over time, she realized she wanted to dive deeper, aspiring to create true UX centered on the user’s journey—something GreenTomato consistently prioritizes. This focus on user experience has guided Anna’s growth, as she now considers the user at every step of her work.<h1>Thriving Memories at the SDU Team</h1>Most projects handled by the SDU Team were unique and distinctive, often involving R&amp;D and experimental initiatives. The team played a key role in supporting the ecosystem incubator during its early stages, as the business units within the GT Group were expanding. Anna worked on projects across various business units, including designing the user journey for the Storellet app. One standout experience was preparing a pitch for a client in the entertainment industry in just 2–3 days. She worked with teammates and team lead over the weekend to deliver a high-quality, creative demo, pitch deck, and presentation.
