Enjoy Building Things From Foundation and Achieving in High Satisfaction

Isabel described herself as an introvert. She planned to work behind the scenes, consistently making efforts to build and create from scratch. She enjoyed the process of starting from nothing rather than maintaining existing projects. She shared that this led her to become more independent and develop agile resilience in her work. After graduating, Isabel decided to learn code writing and displayed great patience and rapid improvement on her journey. She dedicated herself to crafting and creating incredible products in the IT market.

Isabel’s Onsite Experience Working in a Bank Company

With 2 to 3 years of experience and growth at GreenTomato, Isabel gained confidence and was transferred to an onsite position at a bank company. The work style and guidance in a new environment were completely different from what she was accustomed to. She described this experience as a test of her adaptability to a completely different workplace.

Onsite experience was a remarkable period in Isabel's journey. During the interview, she emphasized the phrase "a slight action that triggers a chain reaction" (牽一發動全身), as it resonated with her experience of solving technical problems during project development. She highlighted the importance of addressing each individual part meticulously to ensure error-free output. Any oversight could have a ripple effect, potentially undermining the hard work of others. Isabel has become more attentive and cautious in handling each step, while also cultivating patience and calmness in problem-solving.

Sincere Appreciation to Teammates and her Supportive Mentor 

A project that left a lasting impression on Isabel's mind was the development of an app for a shopping mall a few years ago. She emphasized the significance of this project and expressed her sincere gratitude to all the teammates who were involved. It was the first time she experienced the power of teamwork, where everyone was willing to dedicate 100% effort to efficiently solve problems together, under the rush production timeline. Lastly, Isabel expressed her appreciation to Scott, who has supported her throughout these six years and witnessed her growth. She described Scott as an all-around athlete (綜合型選手) who has aided her development in various aspects. In the days to come, Isabel hopes that the team will continue to grow stronger with a collaborative spirit, much like winning a basketball game together and growing like tomatoes on a vine.
