Beginning from a startup with 10 talents to now, GreenTomato has branches in Guangzhou and Taipei, around 500 GTers in total. Stephen Wong, our Chief Operation Officer (COO) has no longer sat in every interview to pick up the right technical talents, but he would love to give some advice to our management members to discover the candidates’ characteristics and values which might match with GT’s needs and vision.

Moving from ‘zero’ to ‘one’ is not only a step but a journey which can be full of challenges, failure and the unexpected. From first Hong Kongand then to Guangzhou, our founders Johnny and Stephen have invested significant time and effort establishing a great working environment and a powerful team.

“Always busy”, could be a great description of Hongkongers and business people. On the other hand, “work life balance” is not a new topic but some of us are still struggling in the long to-do-list and always under plenty of pressure.
